1) When am I charged?
For the Pura Vida Monthly Club, your subscription is processed and charged around the 10th of each month.
2) When does my subscription ship?
For the Pura Vida Monthly Club, your subscription is processed and shipped around the 14th-16th of each month.
3) Can I add other products to my subscription plan?
Products cannot be added to subscription orders at this time. We’re working on providing this option for the future!
4) Can I apply my rep or coupon code to my subscription plan?
Coupon codes are not valid with the Pura Vida Monthly Club Subscription. You're already receiving the deal of the century!
5) Is shipping free for my subscription plan?
Shipping is free!
6) If I am located outside the US, can I sign up for the Pura Vida Monthly Club?
International orders are not valid for our monthly club, we are working on providing this option in the future!
7) I have enough incredible bracelets for now. Can I unsubscribe?
Yes! We’re so sorry to see you go but we hope you’ve enjoyed all of the bracelets you’ve received. To unsubscribe please follow the steps below.
- Step 1: Go to Puravidabraclets.com and Login.
- Step 2: Click on the My Account button in the header of the website. (This will take you to your account history.
- Step 3: Click the "Manage Subscription" button under your name on the left of the webpage. (This will take you to your Monthly Club Subscription page)
- Step 4: Then all you have to do is click the "Manage" drop down menu button and click the "Delete Order” option.
